2. Online Account

  • Any order placed using your login details will be treated as an order placed by you.
  • Rumils will not be liable for any misuse of your account due to loss of credentials or unauthorized access.

3. Terms of Operations

  • Rumils (www.rumils.com) reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel any of its services without prior notice.
  • All outstanding orders at the time of suspension or cancellation will either be fulfilled or refunded as per our Refund Policy.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time without assigning reasons.
  • Rumils will not be responsible for any damages caused directly or indirectly through the use of our website.

4. Warranty & Liability

  • All products sold on Rumils undergo quality checks before dispatch. However, Rumils will not be liable for any damage, injury, or loss arising from the use of our products.
  • We will not be liable for delays or failure to fulfill obligations under these Terms if such delays are due to events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure events such as natural disasters, strikes, courier delays, etc.).

5. Copyright & Intellectual Property

  • Any violation will invite strict legal action under applicable Indian laws, and disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Kanpur Courts.

6. Damaged Products

  • Our team conducts strict quality checks before dispatching products.
  • If you receive a damaged product due to courier mishandling:
    • You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@rumils.com with clear images/videos of the damage.
    • We will replace the item with the same or a similar product (subject to stock availability).
    • No requests for replacement/refund will be entertained after 48 hours of delivery.

7. Missed Delivery

  • Our logistics partners attempt delivery up to three times. If you are unavailable or fail to accept delivery, the package will be returned to us.
  • Re-shipment can be arranged at your request, with an additional charge of ₹250.
  • For Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders, re-shipment will only be done after advance online payment of the order value plus re-shipping charges.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh
