Shipping policy
At Rumils, we aim to deliver your favourite jewellery and fashion pieces to your doorstep quickly and safely. We have partnered with trusted logistics providers to ensure timely and professional delivery across India and internationally.
1. Order Dispatch
- Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Once dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS notification with your tracking details.
- In case of any delays in processing your order, our team will inform you promptly.
2. Order Tracking
- Upon dispatch, you will receive a Tracking URL and AWB number via email.
- You can track your order live using the provided tracking link until it reaches you.
3. Order Delivery
a) Within India
• Delivery timelines:
- Metro cities: 2–3 working days after dispatch.
- Non-metro cities: 5–7 working days after dispatch.
• In rare cases, unforeseen delays may occur due to operational or courier-related issues. We recommend tracking your order with the shared details.
Important:
- A 10-digit Indian mobile number is mandatory for successful delivery.
- Logistics partners often follow OTP-based delivery verification. Failure to provide the OTP may result in non-delivery, and if the package returns to us, re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
b) International Orders
- Delivery timelines: approximately 10–15 working days from the order date.
- Each international shipment goes through multiple checkpoints to ensure safe delivery.

4. Shipping Charges
a) Shipping Within India
• Prepaid Orders (Online Payment):
- Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹599.
- For prepaid orders below ₹599, a standard shipping fee of ₹99 will apply.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
- A ₹125 shipping & cash-handling fee applies on all COD orders, regardless of order value.
b) International Orders
- Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order and will be automatically displayed at checkout.
- International orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis.
Please Note:
• Product prices and shipping fees listed on our website are exclusive of import duties and taxes.
• As the recipient, you are responsible for paying any customs duties, local taxes, or import charges as applicable in your country.
• Failure to clear customs may result in your package being held, returned, or disposed of by authorities. In such cases:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Return courier charges (if applicable) will be deducted before processing any refund/coupon code.
